NPC & Villager Models
Vanilla villagers all share one shape, which makes a town feel like a copy-paste job. These packs give NPCs distinct geometry: varied body types, profession clothing, guards in armour, merchants with packs and tools, and citizens who do not all have the same nose. On roleplay and quest servers the models usually pair with an NPC plugin that handles dialogue and trading.
