Frequently asked questions

How do I get the secret paintings to spawn?
The secret elemental paintings spawn the same way vanilla paintings do—use a painting item on a wall. Since all four paintings are 2×2 in size, you'll need a 2×2 empty wall space for them to place successfully. If a painting doesn't appear, make sure you have enough wall space and try clicking a different spot on the wall.
Can I get all four elemental paintings or are they rare?
All four paintings (water, fire, earth, and air) can be obtained in a single world. They spawn with the same frequency as other paintings, so you may need to place multiple painting items to cycle through and find each one.
What's the best way to display all four paintings together?
Since each painting is 2×2 in size, you can arrange them in a 4×4 grid on a wall to display all four elemental paintings side by side. This creates a cohesive display that showcases the vibrant color palette of all the designs.
Do the secret paintings work on any block or only certain ones?
The secret paintings place on walls the same way vanilla paintings do—on the side of solid blocks. Any block that normally supports paintings will work, whether it's wood, stone, or other building materials.
