Vanilla weapons are flat images tilted in your hand, and these packs replace them with actual geometry. Expect modelled blades with thickness and guards, katanas and polearms with correct proportions, recurve bows, axes with visible hafts, and firearms with sights and magazines. The difference is most obvious in first person, where a flat sword reads as cardboard and a modelled one does not.
