Can I use charcoal instead of coal?
Yes, charcoal works as a substitute for coal in the gunpowder recipe. You can make charcoal by smelting wood logs in a furnace if you don't have coal nearby.
Where do I find glowstone dust?
Glowstone dust drops when you break glowstone blocks, which spawn naturally in the Nether. You can also craft it by smelting glowstone in a furnace if you have the blocks.
Do I need a crafting table or can I use my inventory?
