Parkour maps are pure movement: jump, land, repeat, and do not look down. Courses are built from blocks spaced at the limits of what Minecraft jumping allows, usually arranged into numbered stages with checkpoints so a mistake costs seconds rather than the whole run. Difficulty ranges from gentle introductory courses to maps that demand frame-perfect timing and momentum tricks.
