Frequently asked questions

Do I need both Annoying Villagers and EpicFight: Resurrection installed for this to work?
Yes, this mod is a compatibility patch that requires both parent mods to function. Install Annoying Villagers first, then EpicFight: Resurrection, then this mod.
How do I make villagers spawn with weapons from EpicFight?
Villagers have a chance to naturally spawn holding EpicFight weapons when the mod is installed. You can also use commands or creative mode to give them weapons directly, and they'll automatically use the associated combat movesets.
What's the difference between a regular villager attack and a finishing move?
Regular attacks are standard swings, but finishing moves are special animations from EpicFight that trigger during combat and deal extra impact. These finishing attacks make villager fights visually dramatic and mechanically harder.
Why do some villagers fight better than others?
Villagers with better armor and weapons from EpicFight will have access to more advanced movesets and combos. An armored villager with a sword will outfight an unequipped one because the weapon determines their available attack patterns.
