Press L to toggle item locking on gear in your inventory. Locked items cannot be dropped, thrown, or moved out of your inventory by accident. You can lock multiple items at once and unlock them whenever you need to use or trade them.
What's the difference between the render modes and which should I use?
Vanilla shows normal items while enlarging valuable loot; Performance shrinks junk items down; Ultra Performance hides junk completely; Near Only hides junk until you walk close.
