Frequently asked questions

Why does my held item still look huge even after installing the mod?
Make sure the resource pack is activated in your resource pack settings menu and ranked above any conflicting packs. If it's enabled but items still appear large, try moving it to the top of your pack list or reloading your world.
Does this mod work with other resource packs?
Yes, but packs that modify the same item models may conflict. Place Better Small Items Model above conflicting packs in your resource pack order to prioritize its changes.
Which blocks and items does this mod actually resize?
The mod adjusts 16 specific models including the Spyglass, Crafter, Stonecutter, Lectern, Calibrated Sculk Sensor, Daylight Detector, Vault, Heavy Core, Spore Blossom, and buttons and chiseled bookshelves. Other items remain at their default size.
Will this mod affect my performance or FPS?
No, this is a resource pack that only changes how items appear visually—it doesn't add code or entities that impact performance.
