Craft a Call Crystal using an Ender Eye and Amethyst at a crafting table. Once you have it, right-click on any tamed animal while holding the crystal to bind it to that pet.

A Call Crystal holds up to four pets and only works within the same dimension, while a Deep Call Crystal holds up to eight pets and can summon companions across different dimensions much faster. You can upgrade a Call Crystal to a Deep Call Crystal by crafting it with flint.
