Meka-Tool
The 
Meka-Tool is an all-in-one tool that replaces pickaxes, axes, shovels, and hoes. It can be upgraded with:
Vein Mining Unit: Mine entire veins of ore at once- Silk Touch / Ore Refinement: Switch between Silk Touch and Fortune effects
- Attack Amplification: Increases damage dealt to mobs
- Teleportation Unit: Allows the tool to act as a short-range blink device
