How do I turn Visible Ores Plus on after installing it?
It's a resource pack, so enable it from Options > Resource Packs and move it to the selected list. If you installed it as a mod file instead, it applies automatically with no toggle needed.
Why do ores still look the same after I enabled the pack?
Check that the pack is actually in the selected column and sits above any other packs that also change ore textures. Packs lower in the list get overridden, so move Visible Ores Plus to the top.

Does Visible Ores Plus hurt my FPS or performance?
No, it's just a texture replacement, so performance impact is negligible compared to shaders or mods. If you notice lag, it's almost always from something else in your setup.
