Frequently asked questions

Do I need to reinstall my chests for them to look like presents?
No, the resource pack reskins all existing chests automatically once installed—just load a world and your storage will display as wrapped gifts without rebuilding anything.
How do I tell trapped chests apart from regular chests with this pack?
Trapped chests have a distinct holiday present design that differs visually from standard wrapped gift chests, so you can identify them at a glance even when styled festively.
Will the leaf textures work on trees I've already grown?
Yes, the pack reskins leaves on all existing trees in your world—load in and your forests will immediately display festive foliage without replanting.
Can I use this pack with other resource packs?
This pack can conflict with other packs that modify the same blocks (chests, leaves, llama carpets), so load priority matters—place this pack higher or lower in your resource pack list depending on which textures you want to prioritize.
Do ender chests get restyled too?
Yes, ender chests receive a unique holiday present design that fits the festive theme while remaining visually distinct from regular and trapped chests.
What happens to double chests—do they look like one big present or two?
Large double chests are restyled as a single coordinated wrapped gift with ribbons, creating a seamless festive appearance across both blocks.
Does this pack affect performance or cause lag?
Resource packs have minimal performance impact since they only change textures, not game mechanics—you should see no noticeable lag from this pack alone.
Can I use the llama carpet patterns without the chest reskins?
No, resource packs apply all their changes together—you'll get the full festive treatment for chests, leaves, and llama carpets as a complete package.
Do potted plants and saplings get the holiday treatment indoors?
Yes, potted foliage and saplings are restyled with seasonal details, so you can bring festive plants inside for a decorated indoor garden.
Will dead bushes look like part of a winter landscape with this pack?
Yes, dead bushes are reskinned to blend into winter holiday themes, making them fit naturally into seasonal landscapes alongside festive leaves and gift chests.
