Frequently asked questions

How do I turn on the distance display?
The mod displays your hit distance automatically once installed—you'll see a number on your screen at all times showing the distance to the last player you hit. If the display isn't visible, check your configuration settings to ensure it's enabled and positioned where you can see it.
What's the difference between distance, hit distance, and average hit distance?
Distance shows how far away you are from a player right now, hit distance shows the distance at which your last hit connected, and average hit distance tracks the mean distance of all your hits over time. You can switch between these three modes to focus on different aspects of your combat performance.
Can I change the color and size of the text?
Yes, the mod includes customization options for text color, size, shadow effects, and decimal place precision. Access these settings through the mod's configuration menu to match your preference and visibility needs.
Where can I move the display on my screen?
You can reposition the text overlay through the mod's configuration settings to place it in any corner or area of your screen that doesn't obstruct your view during combat.
