Where do I find the wind boomerang?
The Wind Boomerang spawns as rare loot inside Ominous Vaults found in Trial Chambers. You'll need to open multiple vaults until one drops the weapon, which will arrive in a broken state.
How do I repair the wind boomerang?
Place the broken boomerang in a crafting grid or anvil along with wind charges—each charge restores ten durability points. You can repair it as many times as needed without losing the weapon.
What does charging do?
Holding down the throw button charges the boomerang: a short charge makes it arc wide and travel about three blocks, while a full charge shoots it nearly straight out to around 25 blocks. Longer charges also increase damage up to two and a half times the base damage.
How do wall bounces work?
When the boomerang hits a wall or obstacle, it bounces off automatically. The first bounce doubles your damage, and the second bounce sends the weapon back to your hand.
