The Anvil is a block in Minecraft that players make by crafting it from Iron Blocks and Iron Ingots. It can be placed facing different directions, so its orientation can be chosen to suit the space around it.

When broken, an Anvil drops itself, which means it can be picked up and carried to a new location without being lost.
