Frequently asked questions

What does the Plain Grinder Mod let you do?
It lets you manually grind blocks of ores and other resources. You grind ores into dust and then smelt that dust.
Why grind ores instead of just smelting the blocks?
Grinding lets you get more resources from a single block than instant smelting would. The dust is then smelted in a furnace.
How do you place the grinder?
You place it with the handle on top.
How do you operate the grinder?
Put the ore in and use the grinder with your empty hand.
What do you get from grinding an ore block?
You get dust, which you then smelt in a furnace.
What do you do with the dust after grinding?
You smelt the dust in a furnace.
