How do I know if a block is damaged from explosions?
Damaged blocks show visible cracks or texture changes on their surface. The more damage a block has taken, the more severe the visual cracks appear. You can also use the `/block_explosion_damage cleardamage` command to reset all damage and see which blocks were affected.
Why did my obsidian break from explosions when it normally doesn't?
This mod allows obsidian and other tough blocks to break if they take enough cumulative blast damage from multiple explosions. A single blast won't destroy it, but repeated hits on the same spot will eventually break it down.
How long does it take for damaged blocks to heal?
Block healing happens automatically over time when the `tntblockdamagedecay` gamerule is enabled. The exact healing speed depends on your config file settings, which you can adjust with the `/block_explosion_damage reload` command after editing the configuration.
Can I turn off block healing for my server?
Yes, use `/gamerule tntblockdamagedecay false` (or `/gamerule block_explosion_damage:tnt_block_damage_decay false` in newer versions) to disable automatic healing. Blocks will then stay damaged until you manually reset them.
