Frequently asked questions

How do I get copper golems to start sorting my storage?
Place copper golems near your storage area and let them pick up loose items from the ground. They'll automatically begin moving items into nearby chests and bundles based on their smart memory system—they don't need any special setup or commands.
Why do my copper golems keep checking the same chest over and over?
This usually means they're carrying a different item type than what's in that chest. The mod is designed to reduce this behavior, but make sure your chests are organized by item type so golems can find matching items faster.
What's the difference between how golems handle dyed and undyed bundles?
Dyed bundles are sorted by their color into matching chests, letting you color-code your storage system. Undyed bundles are only placed into a chest if that chest already contains a bundle with the exact same items inside.
Do copper golems sort shulker boxes the same way as bundles?
Yes—dyed shulker boxes are sorted by color just like dyed bundles, and they follow the same organization rules for keeping your storage system neat and color-coded.
