Villages only generate in plains biomes with this data pack, so make sure you're exploring flat grassy areas rather than forests, deserts, or other terrain types. If you're in a plains biome and still don't see villages, try traveling further from your spawn point, as structures need space to generate naturally.
Where do I find the blacksmith chest?
The blacksmith building is a distinct structure within villages that contains a loot chest with starter gear. Look for the blacksmith shop building when exploring a village—it's the structure designed to stand out from the residential houses.
Can I use this data pack with my existing world?
