Do I need to create a new world to use this data pack?
Yes, you must generate a new world with the data pack enabled from the start. Applying it to an existing world won't remove caves that were already generated in previously explored chunks.
Will I still find diamonds and other ores?
Yes, all ores including diamonds generate normally underground—they're just not hidden inside caves anymore, so you'll need to mine through solid stone to reach them.
How do I find Ancient Cities without caves?
Ancient Cities still generate at deep levels; use a seed finder tool or explore at Y-level coordinates where they spawn, then mine down to reach them since cave systems won't lead you there.
What's the difference between No Caves, No Old Caves, and Retro Caves versions?
No Caves removes all cave types; No Old Caves keeps only the newer cave generation; Retro Caves keeps only the older cave generation. Choose based on which cave style you want to avoid.
