Use the command /locate moss_ruins:moss_ruins to get the coordinates of the nearest structure, then travel there. Moss Ruins spawn naturally in Birch Forest and Old Growth Birch Forest biomes, so you can also explore these biomes on foot to stumble upon them.
What's the difference between a Moss Ruin and a Ruined City?
A Moss Ruin is a small single structure with one chest containing basic early-game loot. A Ruined City is a much larger complex made up of multiple Moss Ruins clustered together, offering better loot including the chance to find Iron, and can serve as a ready-made base.
Can I find Moss Ruins in biomes other than Birch Forest?
No, Moss Ruins only generate in Birch Forest and Old Growth Birch Forest biomes. They will not appear in other biomes.
