Enhanced Portals 3 (EP3) is the definitive evolution of portal technology in Minecraft. Moving beyond the limitations of vanilla obsidian frames, this mod allows for the creation of portals in any shape—circular, horizontal, or even abstract—as long as they form a closed loop. The mod introduces a sophisticated energy-based system where portals must be supported by a Dimensional Bridge Stabilizer to maintain a stable wormhole.
The principals behind channeling a wormhole start with constructing a Dimensional Bridge Stabilizer. This device allows you to maintain and transport Bio Information across great distances. To support a wormhole, you will need to create a frame which can withstand and encapsulate a wormhole formation, known as Portal Frames. Finally, you will need a method to begin the portal, ranging from simple Redstone signals to advanced Dialing Devices.
