Build a Basic Generator Setup
Start by
crafting a
Basic Motor and a
Basic Energizer. The Energizer is the block that actually produces electrical energy; the Motor is what converts Create's rotational force (stress) into the input the Energizer needs. Place your Motor so its shaft connects to a Create power source — a water wheel, windmill, or hand crank works fine for a first test.
Attach the Energizer directly to the Motor's output face. Once the Motor receives rotation, the Energizer will begin producing electrical charge. You can verify this by placing a
Copper Wire Block or running
Copper Wire from the Energizer's output to a machine that consumes power.
Connecting and Testing
Run
Copper Wire between the Energizer and any powered block. Wires need to be placed as a continuous line; use an
Electrical Connector where you need to bridge gaps or change direction. If nothing powers on, check that the Motor is actually spinning (watch the shaft) and that the Energizer is facing the right way — its output side is usually marked.
Once you confirm the setup works, scale up by adding more Motors to the same Energizer, or upgrade to a
Reinforced Motor and
Reinforced Energizer for higher throughput. Keep an eye on stress: too many machines on one Create network will stall your generator.
