Porting information for 26.1 update 
The Elementium Hoe/AIOT creates not only farmland, but it creates Super Farmland. It doesn't need water and will not turn to dirt when falling on it. And the pink sparkles, wow! More information about the single items can be found in the Lexica Botania.
