Frequently asked questions

Do I need to do anything after installing the pack or does it just work?
The pack works immediately after installation—just load a world and villagers will appear with their new realistic looks. If you're using Fresh Animations, you'll want to apply the included patch file to ensure the models display correctly.
How do I tell what job a villager has with these new outfits?
Each profession now has distinct clothing that reflects their work—farmers wear practical field clothes, librarians have scholarly outfits, and so on. The guide "Identifying Villager Professions by Their New Outfits" shows what each job looks like across different biomes.
Why do some villagers look different in different biomes?
The pack gives villagers climate-appropriate clothing based on their biome—snowy areas feature warm winter gear while savannas have lighter, heat-appropriate clothes. This means the same profession can look noticeably different depending on where the village is located.
Can I turn off the human voice sounds if I don't like them?
You'll need to use a separate sound pack or modify the resource pack files to restore the original villager sounds, as the human voices are a core part of this pack's design.
