How Outfits Work

Villagers in this pack change their appearance based on two factors: their profession and the biome they inhabit. When a villager claims a job site block, they'll adopt clothing and styling appropriate to both their work and their environment. A farmer in a snowy biome will look different from a farmer in the savanna.

What to Expect

Unemployed villagers and babies retain a simple buzzcut hairstyle and basic clothing. Once they take on a profession, they gain job-specific outfits with appropriate tools, accessories, and facial hair. The pack uses muted, natural colors instead of the bright default textures, making villagers blend into a survival world aesthetic.

Biome-Specific Details

Each biome type influences the clothing style and materials. Desert villagers wear lighter, heat-appropriate gear, while mountain and snowy biome villagers wear warmer layers. This means the same profession looks distinct depending on where your village is located. If you relocate a villager to a new biome, their appearance won't automatically update—they retain their original biome's outfit.

Illagers Match Too

Raiders and other illager mobs receive the same realistic treatment with darker, muted colors that fit the new aesthetic.
