The pack works automatically once installed—just load a world and the wither hearts will display with the new design. You don't need to enable any settings or run commands.
Will this pack work with other resource packs I'm using?
Yes, but load order matters: place this pack lower in your resource pack list than packs that also modify hearts, so the wither heart changes stay visible. If another pack completely replaces the health bar, this pack's changes may not show.
What exactly changes about the wither hearts visually?
