How do I create a world with real Earth terrain?
In the singleplayer menu, click 'Create New World', then change the world type to 'Earth' (or type terrarium:terrarium in server properties). Click 'Customize' to adjust zoom level and other settings before generating the world.
What zoom level should I use for survival mode?
Keep the zoom level between 8 and 10 for normal survival play, where terrain features and distances feel reasonable. Higher zoom levels (up to 13) create a massive planetary scale but can make survival gameplay feel stretched out.
Why is my world taking forever to load when I explore new areas?
The mod downloads map tiles as you explore, which takes time on first visit. These tiles are cached on your computer, so returning to the same area loads much faster the next time.
