Craft the Patchouli guide book first—it contains all the information you need about nutrients, diseases, and treatments. Then begin monitoring your diet by eating a variety of foods to maintain balanced carbs, fats, and proteins.
What happens if I don't eat a balanced diet?
Eating poorly causes malnutrition, which weakens your body and makes you more vulnerable to illnesses. Your stored nutrients (carbs, fats, proteins) will burn faster when you're starving, reducing your survival time.
How do I treat an infection after getting injured?
