How do I find the new stronghold?
The Stronghold layout is completely redesigned with more rooms to explore, but you still locate it the same way—by following Eyes of Ender. The particles now have a unique appearance based on which Stronghold version generates, so you'll notice the visual difference when you're close.
What happens if the ender dragon spawns in my base?
Dragon Raids can occur in the Overworld with a 10% daily chance, so the boss may appear and cause destruction near your builds. You'll need to either defeat it or lure it away from your base to protect your structures.
Do I need to break all the end crystals before fighting the dragon?
Yes, you should destroy the End crystals before engaging the boss, as they will regenerate the dragon's health during the fight. The crystals have a completely fresh design in this mod, so they may look different than you expect.
What are the dragon's different attack stages?
Stage 1 has ground-based attacks like stomp and tail whip, Stage 2 moves into the air and fires fireballs while crystals generate, and Stage 3 returns to the center with powerful dive and breath attacks. The dragon also gets faster at half health and weaker at quarter health.
Can I use this mod with other dimension mods?
Yes, the Outer End islands are designed to work properly with other dimension mods, so compatibility should not be an issue. The new Planet End replaces the flat island without conflicting with most popular dimension additions.
What's in the new stronghold rooms?
You'll find Zombie and Skeleton Halls with spawners, a Dining Hall at the center, Libraries with readable books, a Portal Room with a redstone elevator, and various Corridors connecting everything. Some rooms contain lore and special stories to discover.
Does the dragon actually leave the end dimension?
Yes, Dragon Raids allow the Ender Dragon to spawn and fly into the Overworld during the day, so you may encounter it outside the End dimension. This is a random event that happens roughly every 10 days.
What happens when I defeat the dragon?
The dragon explodes in a massive burst of purple flames instead of the vanilla death animation, creating a dramatic and visually impressive finale to the fight.
Is the planet end just cosmetic or does it change gameplay?
The Planet End is both visual and functional—it replaces the flat island with a huge ringed planet and changes how the dimension is structured, affecting where you can travel and explore. The rings and new island layout create a completely different End experience.
Will this mod cause lag or performance issues?
The mod adds significant visual and structural changes to the End dimension and new boss mechanics, so performance impact depends on your system. If you experience issues, try adjusting your render distance or disabling fancy graphics in the End dimension.
