Access the Shader Menu

Press the key to open the shader options menu while in-game (usually accessed through the Iris settings). You'll see a list of configurable parameters and preset levels.

Choose Your Preset Level

The mod includes four preset tiers:

  • Performance: Minimal shader effects; best for lower-end systems
  • Balanced: Moderate shadows and lighting; good for mid-range PCs
  • High: Enhanced volumetric effects and color grading
  • Ultra: Full soft shadows, volumetric light rays, and cinematic color grade

Select the preset that keeps your frame rate stable. You can monitor FPS in-game to confirm performance.

Fine-Tune Individual Settings

If a preset doesn't perfectly match your needs, you can manually adjust:

  • Shadow softness and distance
  • Volumetric light intensity
  • Color grade strength
  • Ambient lighting levels

Make small changes and test in different lighting conditions—sunrise, noon, and underground—to find your ideal balance between visual quality and smooth gameplay.
