Do I need to restart my world to use this resource pack?
No, you can apply the resource pack to an existing world at any time through the resource pack menu. The textures will update immediately once you select it, though you may need to reload chunks in some cases by moving away and back to an area.
Why do some newer blocks still look modern instead of retro?
The pack retextures blocks and items that existed in pre-1.14, but blocks added after that version may not have classic equivalents. Check the mod's texture folder or the wiki's block list to see which blocks are covered.
How do I make raw iron, raw gold, and raw copper look like mini ore blocks?
This is already included in the resource pack by default—those raw items are automatically restyled as miniature block shapes instead of ore clumps when you apply the pack.
