You need to install either Optifine or the combination of Entity Texture Features and Entity Model Features mods for the new parrot models to display. Without these, the resource pack can only change textures, not shapes.
Do I need Optifine or can I use Entity Texture Features instead?
You can use either Optifine alone, or use Entity Texture Features paired with Entity Model Features together—both setups will work to display the remodeled parrots.
Where do I find toucans in the world?
