Why aren't my items glowing?
Make sure you have the resource pack enabled in your world settings—go to Options > Resource Packs and move Glowing Items from Available to Selected. If items still don't glow, check that you're looking at items the pack actually affects, like enchanted tools or Totems of Undying.
Which items get the glowing effect?

Does the glow work in the inventory?
Yes, glowing items display their aura both when you're holding them in the world and when viewing them in your inventory or containers.
