How do I place a turret?
Place the turret block on the ground like any other block. For continuous ammo supply, place it directly on top of a storage chest—the turret will pull ammunition from that chest automatically.
What guns can I use in turrets?
Any gun from TACZ (Timeless and Classics Zero) can be mounted on a turret. Simply click the turret while holding the gun in your hand to equip it.
How do turrets get ammunition?
Place a chest directly underneath the turret stand and fill it with the correct ammo type for your gun. The turret will automatically draw bullets from this chest when firing.
What do the different colored lights mean?
Green = loaded and ready to fire; Yellow = currently reloading; Bright red = completely out of ammo; Dark red = no weapon equipped.
Why is my turret not shooting?
Check the status lights: if dark red, the turret needs a weapon; if bright red, it's out of ammo; if yellow, it's reloading. Make sure the turret has a clear line of sight to targets and that enemies are within range.
How do I take a gun back from a turret?
Click on the turret with an empty hand. This will remove the weapon and any remaining ammunition in its magazine.
Can turrets shoot through walls?
No, turrets need a clear line of sight to their targets. Position them where they can see approaching mobs without obstruction.
Do turrets target specific mobs or all hostile mobs?
Turrets are smart sentries that target hostile mobs automatically. They will fire on any aggressive mob that enters their range and line of sight.
Can I set up multiple turrets in a line for defense?
Yes, you can place multiple turrets along a perimeter. Each turret operates independently, so equip them with different guns and supply each with its own ammo chest for comprehensive base defense.
What happens if a turret runs out of ammo mid-fight?
The status light will turn bright red and the turret will stop firing. Refill the chest underneath it with more ammunition and the turret will resume firing once it reloads.
