Frequently asked questions

How do I get TROL ARMOR sets?
TROL ARMOR sets are typically obtained through crafting recipes using materials found in your world, or by finding them in loot chests depending on your modpack configuration. Check your crafting table or JEI/NEI for the specific recipe of the armor set you want to make.
Do I need TACZ mod installed to use TROL ARMOR?
Yes, TROL ARMOR is designed as a companion mod for TACZ (Timeless and Classics Zero), so you need TACZ installed for the mod to function properly. The armor sets are specifically styled to match TACZ weapons and combat aesthetics.
Can I wear TROL ARMOR with other armor mods?
TROL ARMOR works independently as a full armor set, but compatibility with other armor mods depends on how they're configured in your modpack. If you're using multiple armor mods, equip only one complete set at a time to avoid conflicts.
What's the difference between the different TROL ARMOR styles?
Each TROL ARMOR set has a distinct visual theme blending tactical and sci-fi aesthetics—some lean more toward modern military gear while others are more futuristic. The protection level and durability may vary between sets, so check the item tooltips to compare stats.
Do TROL ARMOR pieces give special abilities or just protection?
TROL ARMOR primarily provides standard armor protection like vanilla armor sets. Any special effects or bonuses depend on your specific modpack configuration, so check your mod documentation or hover over armor pieces in your inventory for tooltips.
How do I display TROL ARMOR on armor stands?
Place an armor stand in the world, then right-click it while holding TROL ARMOR pieces to equip them onto the stand. You can pose the stand's limbs by shift-right-clicking to rotate individual parts.
Can I dye or customize TROL ARMOR colors?
TROL ARMOR sets come in fixed color schemes designed to match their tactical or sci-fi themes. Most sets cannot be dyed like leather armor, as they're meant to maintain their specific aesthetic.
Does TROL ARMOR work in multiplayer servers?
Yes, TROL ARMOR works on multiplayer servers as long as the server has the mod installed and enabled. Make sure all players have the same mod version to avoid compatibility issues.
Why is my TROL ARMOR not showing up in my inventory?
Verify that both TROL ARMOR and TACZ mods are properly installed and enabled in your mod folder. If they're installed, try restarting Minecraft and check the creative inventory to confirm the items exist in your game.
Can I combine TROL ARMOR pieces from different sets?
Yes, you can mix and match individual armor pieces (helmet, chest plate, leggings, boots) from different TROL ARMOR sets to create custom loadouts. However, wearing a complete matching set gives you the intended visual cohesion designed by the mod.
