Mamas Merrymaking A Minecraft Christmas And Winter Holiday Wiki & Guide

Check your inventory for the Merry-Maker's Manual—this guide book lists all available holiday decorations, foods, clothing, and blocks you can craft or find. If you don't have it, check your creative inventory or craft it using the recipe shown in the mod's documentation.

Place a tree stand block, then add a spruce or holly tree on top of it. Once placed, you can decorate it by adding colorful present blocks around the base or hanging ornaments on the tree itself using the items from your inventory.

Holiday blocks and decorations can be placed and used year-round in your world—the mod doesn't restrict seasonal placement, so you can build festive scenes whenever you want.

The glowing holiday lights emit light and brighten up your builds, making them functional for both decoration and illumination in dark spaces like indoor rooms and fireplace areas.

Gather the required ingredients and use a crafting table to combine them into holiday meals like stuffed poultry, ham dinners, and sweet potato pie. Check the Merry-Maker's Manual for specific recipes and ingredients needed for each dish.

You can eat holiday foods to restore hunger and saturation, or place them on tables and surfaces as decorative platters to make your festive scenes look more realistic and lived-in.

Place holiday clothing items in your armor slots (helmet, chestplate, leggings, or boots depending on the item type) just like you would with regular armor—they'll display on your character but won't provide protection.

Yes, the mod includes Menorahs for Hanukkah and Kinaras for Kwanzaa, along with Dreidels and other culturally significant items you can place and use to celebrate these holidays in your world.

Festive mobs like Christmas Creepers and sweater-wearing zombies spawn naturally and behave like their vanilla counterparts—they can still be hostile, so treat them as you would normal mobs.

Fireplace mantels come in oak, birch, and acacia wood styles, letting you match your mantel to your home's building aesthetic and create cozy winter scenes in different architectural styles.
