Frequently asked questions

How do I turn on the mod after installing it?
Open your in-game settings screen (accessible from the pause menu or main menu) to find the Auto Hide Hotbar configuration options. The mod is active by default once installed, but you can adjust all fade and visibility settings from this menu.
Why is my hotbar still showing even when I'm not doing anything?
Check your fade delay setting in the mod's configuration screen—it may be set too high, meaning the interface waits longer before hiding. You can lower the delay so the hotbar disappears faster during idle periods.
Can I make the health bar only appear when I'm low on health?
Yes, enable the custom threshold feature in the settings and set your preferred health percentage—the bar will then only display when your health drops below that level.
Does the mod work with other HUD mods?
Auto Hide Hotbar generally works alongside other HUD mods, but conflicts can occur if multiple mods try to control the same interface elements; test your mod combination and adjust opacity or fade settings if elements overlap or behave unexpectedly.
