Frequently asked questions

How do I get milk as a liquid block?
You need a bucket of milk, which you can obtain by right-clicking a cow with an empty bucket. Right-click the ground with the milk bucket to place liquid milk, just like you would with water or lava.
Does milk flow like water?
Yes, liquid milk flows downward and spreads horizontally similar to water, following the same physics rules. It will flow until it reaches a barrier or spreads to its maximum distance.
Can I pick milk back up with a bucket?
Yes, you can use an empty bucket on a source block of liquid milk to collect it back into a bucket, just like with water.
Will milk damage me or my mobs?
Liquid milk behaves as a neutral fluid—it won't damage you, mobs, or your builds. You can swim through it without taking harm.
