Craft the Anti-Radiation Suit

Radiation in Create Nuclear damages you over time and can linger in an area long after an accident. The full Anti Radiation set — Helmet, Chestplate, Leggings, and Boots — is your first line of defense. Each piece is crafted from Cloth (available in many dye colors, so pick one that matches your base) combined with other materials. Wear the complete set before you go anywhere near an active reactor, uranium ore, or a spent fuel area. Partial sets leave gaps in your protection.

Understand How Exposure Works

Radiation builds up based on proximity and time. Standing next to a running reactor without protection will hurt you quickly; walking through a contaminated biome or near raw Uranium Ore is slower but still dangerous. If you start taking damage with no visible source, back away and check your surroundings — irradiated mobs like Irradiated Cows and Irradiated Wolves can also be sources. The Anti Radiation suit reduces incoming exposure, but it is not infinite — do not stand inside an active core.

Clean Up Contamination

After a leak or explosion, the area stays hot. Use a Biome Irradiation Extractor to pull radiation out of the environment, and avoid re-entering until readings drop. Keep spare suit pieces in a chest near the reactor so you can re-gear fast after a mishap.
