Nothing Happens When I Interact

If right-clicking a mob does nothing, the most common cause is configuration. Open the mod's config and confirm the mob type is enabled for interaction. Some mobs are disabled by default or require a specific variant. Also check that you are targeting the mob directly and standing close enough.

Dialogue Opens but Freezes

A frozen text box usually means a script error or a missing page file. Verify your pages are installed correctly and match the character. If you edited a script, a syntax mistake can stop the scene. Revert recent changes and reload the world.

Progress Is Not Saving

Relationship values and unlocked scenes are tied to the world save. If you switched worlds or restored an old backup, progress may appear reset. Make sure you are in the same save where you earned the affection. Avoid closing the game during an active scene, as that can interrupt saving.

Text or Portraits Are Missing

Missing images or garbled text point to an incomplete pages installation. Reinstall the character's page files and confirm they sit in the correct folder. Restart the game after changes so the mod reloads assets.
