Overview

MeineKraft Fanmade is a high-definition resource pack that transforms the visual landscape of Minecraft into a detailed, medieval-inspired world with a unique "comic-realistic" aesthetic. Originally developed by the artist Honeyball (Kritzelpixel) in 2011, the pack became iconic within the German Minecraft community through its use by YouTuber Gronkh. After the original creator discontinued the project following version 1.4, a fan-led team consisting of Merlinmo, ACGaming, and Loreon took over development to ensure compatibility with modern versions like 1.21.1 and 1.20.1.

MeineKraft Landscape Overview

The pack is characterized by its 64x64 resolution, which allows for significantly more detail than the vanilla 16x16 textures without losing the blocky charm of the game. It features illustrated art styles, vibrant color palettes, and extensive support for technical mods like OptiFine to provide a more immersive experience.
