Craft it with a shaped recipe using leather in a wolf-armor pattern on a crafting table. It is one of the five wolf armor tiers in the mod.
How do I craft Iron Wolf Armor?
Use a shaped crafting recipe with iron ingots arranged in the wolf armor pattern. It upgrades your wolf's protection over Leather Wolf Armor.
How do I craft Golden Wolf Armor?
Craft it with a shaped recipe using gold ingots in the wolf armor pattern. It is a craftable tier alongside leather, iron, diamond, and netherite.
How do I craft Diamond Wolf Armor?
Use a shaped crafting recipe with diamonds arranged in the wolf armor pattern. It provides a higher tier than iron or gold.
How do I get Netherite Wolf Armor?
Obtain it via a smithing recipe, upgrading Diamond Wolf Armor with a netherite ingot and smithing template. It is the top tier of the five wolf armors.
How do I put armor on my wolf?
Equip the wolf armor item onto a tamed wolf the same way you'd equip armor to a wolf in-game. Only the five armor items from this mod apply.
Can I upgrade Diamond Wolf Armor to Netherite Wolf Armor?
Yes, using the smithing recipe type present in the mod. Combine Diamond Wolf Armor with a netherite ingot and smithing template at a smithing table.
What are all the wolf armor types in this mod?
Leather, Golden, Iron, Diamond, and Netherite Wolf Armor. That's the full set of five registry items.
Does Golden Wolf Armor use a shaped recipe?
Yes, it is one of the four shaped crafting recipes in the mod. The other shaped recipes cover leather, iron, and diamond wolf armor.
How many crafting recipe types does the mod add?
Two types: shaped crafting (four recipes) and smithing (one recipe). The smithing recipe is for Netherite Wolf Armor.
Can I craft Netherite Wolf Armor directly on a crafting table?
No, it uses the smithing recipe type, not shaped crafting. You need a smithing table and Diamond Wolf Armor as the base.
Which wolf armor is the strongest?
Netherite Wolf Armor, since it is produced via smithing from Diamond Wolf Armor. It is the highest tier among the five armors.
