Moving the HUD
By default MiniHUD draws in a corner of the screen. In the config you will find position settings — usually a corner selector plus X/Y offsets. Pick a corner, then nudge the offsets until the text sits where you want it and does not overlap other HUD mods.
If you run several overlay mods, spread them across different corners. MiniHUD's lines stack vertically, so a corner with lots of free vertical space works best.
Scale, Background, and Colors
MiniHUD lets you change the text scale so the overlay is readable on high-resolution displays or unobtrusive on small ones. You can also toggle a background behind the text — a translucent box that keeps numbers legible against bright terrain like snow or sky.
Color options let you tint the text or the background. Some builds expose per-line colors, so you can make the light level line red when it drops, or keep coordinates a neutral gray.
Reducing Clutter
If the HUD feels busy, turn off lines you do not use. Most players keep coordinates, biome, and light level, and disable FPS, memory, and entity counts unless debugging. Fewer lines means less to read and less screen real estate consumed. Re-open the config any time to re-enable a line.
