Getting Started with the Brush

Hold the Brush and right-click a block face to open the painting interface. This interface presents a canvas where you can draw pixel by pixel, similar to editing a texture. Each block face you paint gets its own custom texture, so you can treat individual faces as separate canvases.

Painting Step by Step

1. Select the Brush in your hotbar.

2. Right-click the block face you want to paint. The painting GUI opens.

3. Choose a color from the palette, then click or drag on the canvas grid to place pixels.

4. Use the eraser option to remove pixels, or clear the canvas to start over.

5. Confirm your design to apply it to that block face.

Once applied, the painted face shows your design in the world. You can repaint the same face later by right-clicking it again with the Brush. Painting works on most solid block faces, letting you turn walls, floors, and ceilings into custom artwork. If a face already has a design, reopening it with the Brush loads that design so you can edit rather than start fresh. Combine multiple painted faces to build larger murals across adjacent blocks.
