Reopening an Existing Design

Painted faces are not permanent. To change one, select the Brush and right-click the painted face. The painting interface reopens loaded with the current design, so you can add, remove, or recolor pixels without starting over.

Fixing and Clearing Designs

1. Right-click the painted face with the Brush to load its design.

2. Adjust individual pixels, or use the clear option to wipe the canvas.

3. Confirm to apply the change to that face.

If you want the block to return to its normal appearance, clear the design entirely and confirm; the face reverts to the block's default texture. When editing murals, only the face you open is affected, so you can correct one tile without touching its neighbors. If you captured a design with the Stamp and later change the original, remember the Stamp keeps whatever it captured until you re-capture, so update it if you want future stamps to match your edits. This makes it easy to iterate on artwork: paint, preview in the world, then refine face by face until it looks right.
