How do I find ducks in my world?
Ducks naturally spawn in rivers, swamps, beaches, forests, and taigas. Search near water sources, especially in cooler biomes—you're most likely to find flocks swimming together in rivers or standing on banks.
How do I tame a duck flock?
Hold seeds in your hand and right-click on the duck with a glowing particle crown above its head (the flock leader). Once tamed, the entire flock will follow you everywhere you go.
What do I feed tamed ducks to keep them happy?
Tamed ducks don't require ongoing feeding—taming them with seeds is a one-time action. They'll stay with you permanently and remain calm even around dangerous mobs like wolves.
How do I get duck eggs to start a farm?
Adult ducks lay hatchable eggs over time naturally. Collect these eggs and throw them to hatch baby ducks, which will grow into adults that can lay their own eggs.
Why do my ducks keep flying away?
