How do I get the Zoological Guide when I start a new world?
The Zoological Guide is automatically added to your inventory when you create a new world with the mod installed. If you don't see it, you can craft one or find it in the creative inventory—it contains detailed information about every animal, item, and mechanic in the mod.
What's the difference between passive, neutral, and aggressive animals?
Passive animals like snails and fennec foxes ignore you completely. Neutral animals like bears and moose only attack if you hit them first. Aggressive animals like tigers and crocodiles will chase and attack you on sight, so approach them carefully.
How do I safely capture dangerous predators?
Use the Sleep Arrow to temporarily knock out aggressive creatures, then use the Animal Transporter to pick them up while they're sleeping. This lets you move them without taking damage or having them attack you.
