Frequently asked questions

Do I need to install this mod separately or does it come with other mods?
CodeChicken Lib CRE is a library mod that must be installed in your mods folder to support dependent mods. Check your mod pack or the mods you're using—if they require CodeChicken Lib CRE, you'll need it present for those mods to load.
My game crashes on startup with Cleanroom Loader. How do I fix it?
CodeChicken Lib CRE patches several startup crash issues specific to Cleanroom Loader. Make sure the mod is in your mods folder and up to date, then restart your game. If crashes persist, check your logs for other conflicting mods.
What does 'disable supporter lookup' do and why would I need it?
The supporter lookup feature tries to connect to a server to verify player information, but this can fail or hang on some networks. Disabling it in the config file prevents these connection errors without affecting core mod functionality.
How do I turn off the supporter lookup?
Open the CodeChicken Lib CRE config file (usually in your config folder) and find the supporter lookup setting, then set it to false or disabled. Save the file and restart your game.
