How do I use this mod? Do I need to press a key?
No keybind is needed. Just swing your sword or tool at a mob standing behind tall grass and the hit lands without the grass breaking.
Why is my grass still breaking when I attack?
Make sure you are actually aiming at the mob, not the grass block itself. If your crosshair is on the plant, the game still treats it as a block hit and may break it.
Does this mod work on servers?
It works on multiplayer servers only if the server also has the mod installed, since the attack behavior is handled server-side. On vanilla servers your client alone cannot change what the server allows.
Will this mod break my other combat mods?
It only changes whether tall grass blocks your attack, so most combat, weapon, and animation mods work fine alongside it. Conflicts are rare and usually only appear with mods that also rewrite block-hit logic.
